Description

You'll collaborate on a multi-disciplinary sustainability team, performing building performance analysis and creating visualizations to guide design decisions. You'll manage energy modeling, daylighting studies, and LEED documentation while researching new methodologies to advance high-performance design.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related field
• 6+ years related experience
• LEED, CPHC/D, BEMP or similar certification strongly desired
• Experience with EnergyPlus/Openstudio required
• Familiarity with ASHRAE 90.1, 62.1, LEED Reference Guides, Title 24, IECC

Responsibilities

• Perform building performance analysis and produce graphical representations of results
• Develop energy and daylighting analyses to complement early design simulations
• Manage documentation for LEED energy credits and energy code compliance reports
• Research performance modeling methodologies and software
• Serve as subject matter expert and provide project team leadership
