Description

You will design engaging learning experiences that improve agent performance and customer experience. Work cross-functionally to conduct needs assessments, build multimedia assets like eLearning and videos using AI tools, and evaluate impact through KPIs. This role occasionally acts as a backup trainer for onboarding classes.

• Strong business acumen and passion for building at scale
• Track record of driving strategic programs
• Ability to commute to Bengaluru office 2 days a week
• Preference for class facilitation experience
• Growth mindset and desire to learn

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex programs
• Partner with leadership to conduct needs assessments and strategies
• Develop program strategies, roadmaps, and plans
• Collaborate across teams to scope learning initiatives and KPIs
• Occasionally act as backup trainer for new hire classes
