💼 About This Role

You'll respond to maintenance and repair service requests at a student living property, ensuring safety and functionality of buildings and equipment. You'll perform preventive maintenance tasks and apartment turnovers while providing superior customer service in a fast-paced collegiate environment. This role offers discretionary annual bonus and paid time off.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests and completed work in Entrata and CMMS systems.
• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely manner.
• Inspect vacated apartments and record necessary repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and systems.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or trade school
• 1-3 years full-time general maintenance experience
• EPA 608 Type I certification
• Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intent to obtain
• Knowledge of Entrata, CMMS, Building Automation systems
