You will join the AI and Data Platform team to work on high-impact AI products used by global enterprise customers, helping to solve complex problems and drive technical excellence across multiple product areas.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of engineering principles and best practices
• Solid knowledge of tools and frameworks used at HG Insights
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Technical knowledge in multiple domains (AI/ML, frontend, backend, data, infra, QA)
• Full technical command and product understanding of multiple areas

Responsibilities

• Command technical requirements across multiple product areas
• Contribute to key projects and cross-area initiatives
• Mentor other engineers to inspire and build confidence
• Proactively improve technical codebase and stack
• Manage technical debt and train in other product areas
