Description
As the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager for the US, you will lead and elevate CASETiFY's brand presence by shaping integrated marketing strategies, driving go-to-market execution for product launches and collaborations, and overseeing influencer and affiliate ecosystems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment across channels and use data to optimize performance and drive customer retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in integrated, brand, or growth marketing in DTC, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brand environment.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, and lifecycle strategies.
- Analytical and commercially minded with ability to translate data into insights and action.
- Deep familiarity with US consumer landscape and digital ecosystem (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Responsibilities
- Lead US integrated marketing strategy and calendar, embedding seasonal and cultural moments into annual planning.
- Oversee go-to-market execution for product launches, collaborations, and brand campaigns across all channels.
- Shape brand storytelling and culturally relevant content in partnership with the Creative team.
- Develop and manage US influencer strategy and affiliate marketing partnerships.
- Set KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and drive data-informed decisions to optimize commercial impact.
