You'll lead a small team owning operations for Duolingo's contingent workforce and vendor procurement. Your core impact: define strategy, build systems, and drive workforce planning across teams. • Establish vision for freelance and vendor operations with AI integration
• Design tech-forward workflows with self-service tooling and automated QC
• Identify critical resources for scaling initiatives and drive prioritization
• Manage a team of program managers
