You'll drive adoption, engagement, and monetization across HighLevel's AI product suite as a builder PM. You'll operate as a Team of One product owner, running rapid growth experiments and translating AI capabilities into user value. This role is for PMs who build and ship, moving quickly from concept to product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify growth opportunities for AI product suite
• Design onboarding and prompts to drive AI adoption
• Run rapid growth experiments across UX and pricing
• Define metrics and analyze funnels for iteration

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of product management experience
• Experience working on growth, adoption, or monetization
• Experience shipping AI-powered features or products
• Strong data-driven decision making

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on coding or prototyping experience (1-2+ years)
• Experience with LLM APIs, AI tools, or agent frameworks
• Familiarity with SaaS growth loops and product-led growth
