You will oversee the full receivables cycle, focusing on collections, chargeback management, return reserves, and reconciliation. Your work ensures accurate reporting and supports cash flow in a dynamic retail environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
• Strong focus on collections and chargeback management
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Skilled at managing customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day AR operations including invoicing, collections, and cash application
• Monitor and analyze AR aging, addressing delinquent accounts and reducing past-due balances
• Manage chargebacks, short-pays, and deductions; resolve disputes with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain
• Oversee return-to-vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy of credits and documentation
• Prepare weekly/monthly AR reports highlighting risks, opportunities, and KPI trends
