💼 About This Role

You'll work at the intersection of product engineering and customer integrations, building complex integrations on an API-first revenue platform. You'll own ambiguous, high-impact problems and shape internal systems as Suger expands with AI-powered agents and infrastructure. This role emphasizes automating enterprise workflows across pricing, billing, and compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with customers to map workflows to Suger's APIs and AI automation.
• Lead technical discovery, demos, and AI-enabled proof-of-concepts.
• Troubleshoot API issues, investigate logs, and support escalations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and sample code.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to read and write code (JavaScript, Python, Go, or similar).
• Experience debugging backend systems, APIs, or cloud-based applications.
• Strong communication skills with professional English proficiency.
