You'll own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) for a leading AI companionship platform with 50M+ users. You'll drive aggressive growth through campaign optimization, creative testing, and funnel iteration. This role offers direct impact on scaling from 50M to 100M users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Run high-velocity testing loops on creatives, audiences, placements
• Monitor performance daily using GA4, Voluum, and dashboards
• Drive creative briefing and funnel optimization
• Automate acquisition processes and build SOPs

📋 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Managed $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization
• Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards
