💼 About This Role

You'll turn cutting-edge R&D into reliable, production-ready manufacturing for advanced thermal interface materials. You'll own process control and data analysis to unlock scaling to high-volume operations. This role offers the chance to solve hard problems and remove bottlenecks in a fast-moving startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize novel chemical/materials processes for production.
• Develop and execute DOEs to improve process stability and scale.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve assignable cause variation.
• Lead process FMEA and implement 6S for production equipment.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science.
• Demonstrated success developing chemical processes and continuous manufacturing.
• Hands-on hazard analyses and engineering controls for safe operations.
• Solid grounding in applied statistics including capability analysis and ANOVA.

• Experience with roll-to-roll systems.
• Familiarity with sensing technologies and data acquisition methods.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
