💼 About This Role

You'll lead partner growth strategy and drive annual planning for Notion's partner ecosystem. You'll build revenue and capacity models and design operating processes to scale the partner program. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, BizTech, and Finance to transform the partner experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead annual and semi-annual planning for the Partner org
• Build and own revenue and capacity models to inform investment decisions
• Design and run rhythm of the business operating cadences
• Partner with BizTech and Data to define requirements and deliver analytics capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or Consulting
• Strong analytics and modeling capabilities to structure ambiguous problems
• Process-oriented mindset to build workflows and automation
• Cross-functional influence to collaborate across teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Partner systems
• Advanced analytics, statistics background and/or SQL skills
• Hands-on experience directly supporting executive leadership
