💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of heavy equipment maintenance technicians using our T3 platform to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and diagnose issues. You'll coordinate repairs and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders using T3 platform
• Coordinate and supervise equipment mechanics and service personnel
• Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships for satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of maintenance and service experience
• Industry knowledge in rental or construction field
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/bend freely
