🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategic direction for reliability, scalability, and availability of global infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to drive initiatives.
• Guide the team through hands-on coding, design review, and production issue root-causing.
• Build and lead the team by recruiting, mentoring, and managing performance.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years managing and inspiring a team of engineers.
• 10+ years software engineering experience with technical leadership.
• Proficiency in Python or Go and backend development.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
• Experience with service mesh such as Istio.
• Hands-on leadership managing platform teams in high-growth environment.
