You'll be FLORA's first enterprise-focused marketing hire, building the infrastructure to turn inbound interest into a repeatable pipeline. You'll own demand generation programs and the operational foundation that makes them measurable and scalable. This is a 0-1 role with free reign to experiment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
- Own events and conferences as a first-class pipeline channel.
- Own the full funnel from lead to opportunity.
- Be a genuine partner to SDRs and AEs.
- Build attribution and tracking infrastructure.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with enterprise demand generation ownership
- Track record of building pipeline programs
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation
- Sharp understanding of enterprise buying process

- Experience at a company navigating the PLG-to-enterprise transition
