You will drive revenue growth by enabling the sales organization with processes, insights, tools, and planning. This role blends hands-on operational execution with strategic planning, supporting initiatives like new product introductions, account planning, and branch performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with SAP
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and CRM platforms
- Experience supporting sales teams in B2B or industrial/commercial environments
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Track key metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and bookings productivity
- Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) for data quality and reporting
- Support New Product Introduction readiness across sales teams
- Build performance dashboards at branch and regional level
