You will drive revenue growth by enabling the sales organization with processes, insights, tools, and planning. This role blends hands-on operational execution with strategic planning, supporting initiatives like new product introductions, account planning, and branch performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with SAP
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting sales teams in B2B or industrial/commercial environments
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Track key metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and bookings productivity
  • Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) for data quality and reporting
  • Support New Product Introduction readiness across sales teams
  • Build performance dashboards at branch and regional level
