You'll partner with the cafe leader to drive hospitality culture, build teams, and sustain business goals. You'll act as a role model barista while supporting operations and team development. This role offers hands-on training and a supportive work-life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support the cafe leader in daily operations and team coaching
• Manage training, development, and coaching of team members
• Handle guest complaints and escalate to cafe leader
• Create shift schedules and monitor sales targets

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail/hospitality experience (especially food & beverage)
• 1+ years of store management experience as a full-time employee
• Passion for coffee, food, and guest hospitality

• Fire prevention or food hygiene manager qualification
