You'll join Mad City Windows & Baths as an In-Home Sales Representative, meeting pre-qualified homeowners to demonstrate products and close sales. Your core impact is delivering exceptional customer service while earning uncapped commission with average earnings of $200k-$300k/yr. This role offers a base salary plus commission, all leads provided, and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with clients in their homes to demonstrate products and services
• Deliver timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Provide customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
