You'll build a strong LinkedIn presence through consistent video content and organize recruiting events for a fast-growing European recruitment firm. You will directly impact reach, talent pipeline, and brand perception by producing content with founders and recruiters. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute LinkedIn content strategy focusing on video, events, and podcasts
• Produce short videos independently (shoot, edit, publish)
• Organize and execute recruiting events (e.g., breakfast formats, networking events)
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on data

📋 Requirements

• Experience in B2B content marketing or personal branding on LinkedIn
• Strong focus on video content creation from concept to delivery
• Ability to produce content quickly and pragmatically
• German and English at native level
