💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience at a pop culture retail store. Your core impact will involve training new recruits and assisting with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role is part-time at a Tucson mall location.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
