💼 About This Role

You'll be the first US-based SDR at a high-growth cybersecurity startup, building the sales development engine from the ground up. You'll drive pipeline generation through outbound outreach and inbound strategy, helping scale a company that has recently raised a $20M Series A. This role offers exposure to founders and leadership with a clear path to becoming a quota-carrying seller.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Generate meetings and pipeline across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Develop and refine ICP, messaging, and email strategy
  • Handle inbound leads and collaborate with sales and marketing
  • Attend industry events to represent Tracebit and build network

📋 Requirements

  • 9+ months of SDR experience at a technology company
  • Proven success against sales targets
  • Customer-facing experience in busy environments
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or developer tooling
  • Background in outbound sales with high volume cold calling
  • Demonstrated high achievement outside work (sports, music, etc.)
