Description
As a Personal Trainer with Svetness, you'll design and deliver one-on-one or couples fitness sessions in clients' homes using the Svetness App. You'll customize workout plans, track progress, and motivate clients to achieve their goals, benefiting from flexible scheduling and a supportive team.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited Personal Trainer certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment
- Utilize Svetness Fitness App for session notes and programming
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications
- Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain client appointments through scheduling software
