💼 About This Role

You'll scale credit products for Meesho's financial inclusion mission in Bharat. You'll drive adoption and utilization across millions of users, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact growth campaigns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive adoption of credit products through campaigns and app properties
• Measure and improve conversion funnel with product and partner teams
• Design and implement adoption and utilization campaigns
• Create dashboards and segment strategies with business analysts

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of work experience in driving user growth
• Experience with financial products (preferably user loans)
• Proficiency in MS Excel including dashboards and reports
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
