💼 About This Role

You'll join the Commercialization Team to build a new RDC products sales/customer care experience on Salesforce, leading Agentforce agent and bot development and bridging code with business strategy. You'll own the codebase from day one, working with cross-functional stakeholders on high-visibility AI-driven automation projects that will be seen by executive leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements with business teams
• Perform Salesforce configuration for Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
• Design solutions and write functional and technical specifications
• Code, troubleshoot, and debug production issues

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce CPQ specialist certification and Platform Developer I/II
• Experience building Agentforce agents and bot experiences
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Big Machines and Docusign integrations
• Salesforce billing knowledge
• Certified Platform Developer II or Agentforce certifications
