🎯 What You'll Do

• Own supply-side operations for Preply Business end-to-end
• Translate commercial priorities into supply requirements
• Lead cross-functional delivery of supply improvements
• Build scalable policies for B2B tutor eligibility and quality

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in strategy & operations, consulting, or high-growth tech
• Program/project leadership driving ambiguous cross-functional work
• Stakeholder management influencing senior leaders
• Data-driven approach sizing opportunities and defining KPIs

• B2B commercial exposure with sales cycles and deal constraints
• SQL and BI fluency (e.g., Looker)
