Description

As a Parts Lead, you will manage and coach a team of hourly associates in a reconditioning center to meet production and quality targets. You'll oversee vehicle movement, inspect mechanical and physical defects, and ensure efficient repairs while fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record (3 years)
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs independently
• Standing, walking, and working in varying conditions
• Experience with reconditioning processes and lean principles

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars safely, meeting production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify improvement areas
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance
• Review mechanical and physical defects, approve or reject inventory
• Train associates on quality control standards to minimize rework
