You'll lead ticketing support and client relationships for theater and residency venues nationwide, acting as a relationship manager and tech expert. Your work will ensure seamless event configuration and troubleshooting, directly impacting fan and client experiences. This role offers high visibility with top sports and music clients at a major ticketing platform.

  • Configure events and promotions for full-service clients
  • Share best practices and advise on event configuration
  • Develop relationships and understand each venue's unique challenges
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in live event ticketing and event programming
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ticket Operations experience for a venue
