Description

You will project manage and support tasks to ensure compliance with federal and state product filing requirements. You will work closely with internal teams and external regulators, driving process improvements and maintaining relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of licensing experience, ideally in health plan/managed care
• 1+ year experience designing and improving workflows
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
• Demonstrated project management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and filing of commercial insurance products through annual filings for assigned states
• Develop processes for internal tracking and monitoring of annual and ad hoc filings
• Build and support relationships with state insurance regulators
• Serve as subject matter expert on assigned states and develop procedural guides
• Track and communicate filing objections and guide resolution
