You'll drive the commercial success and clinical adoption of PROCEPT Robotic Systems for Aquablation therapy across your territory, leading expansion through strategic account plans and procedural growth. You'll guide surgeons through the adoption curve, supporting training and practice integration to maximize procedural success while building deep relationships with stakeholders. • Lead system launches and drive procedural volume growth
• Develop territory and account plans with forecasting

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of OR-based medical device sales
• Proven success driving procedural adoption and quota attainment
• Experience in complex hospital selling environments

• Experience selling inside a practice/clinic setting
• Knowledge of robotic surgery or urology
