Description

Lead and coach a team of 7 Account Executives and 2 Customer Success Managers in Boston to drive revenue growth across North America. You'll own the sales team's revenue target, manage performance, and represent the US market internally. Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and act as the company's face at industry events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years progressive sales leadership in enterprise software
  • 8+ years as individual contributor AE
  • Team building and leadership skills
  • Process-driven with ability to implement new processes
  • Experience in PE-backed Network, Cyber, or emerging tech preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver US-based sales team's revenue number
  • Drive accountability and performance management, lead forecast calls and pipeline reviews
  • Set clear career paths and support professional development
  • Represent voice of US market internally
  • Hire, onboard, lead, and mentor the team
