Description
Lead and coach a team of 7 Account Executives and 2 Customer Success Managers in Boston to drive revenue growth across North America. You'll own the sales team's revenue target, manage performance, and represent the US market internally. Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and act as the company's face at industry events.
Requirements
- 4+ years progressive sales leadership in enterprise software
- 8+ years as individual contributor AE
- Team building and leadership skills
- Process-driven with ability to implement new processes
- Experience in PE-backed Network, Cyber, or emerging tech preferred
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver US-based sales team's revenue number
- Drive accountability and performance management, lead forecast calls and pipeline reviews
- Set clear career paths and support professional development
- Represent voice of US market internally
- Hire, onboard, lead, and mentor the team
