You'll assist the Senior Chief Engineer in directing engineering operations and preplanning mechanical preventive maintenance. You'll supervise maintenance staff and ensure efficient operation of all mechanical and electrical systems. Directing maintenance operations across a large commercial portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and direct maintenance staff on shift
• Implement preventive maintenance program with minimal disruption
• Prepare purchase orders and manage inventory of tools and supplies
• Ensure safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 5+ years related work experience
• Universal Technician certification for CFCs (or within 90 days)
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent
