You'll lead a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, ensuring vehicles meet rigorous mechanical and cosmetic standards through the Carvana Certified 150-point inspection process. Your core impact is meeting production targets while coaching and developing your team to minimize re-work and delays.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage car movement into and out of the Inspection Center
• Oversee daily team activities and identify improvement areas
• Coach and develop team members on performance
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Experience using computers
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
