You'll lead conversion rate optimization and growth strategies for a D2C ecommerce brand. Your work will directly impact revenue and performance through data-driven decisions. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, content, and data teams to scale organic traffic and improve conversion.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Optimize ecommerce conversion (CRO) for product pages, landings, and checkout.
  • Execute and analyze A/B tests on CTAs, layouts, and copy.
  • Monitor performance metrics and detect deviations (conversion, CAC, revenue).
  • Lead SEO on-page strategy and organic traffic growth.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in digital marketing with ecommerce D2C focus.
  • Experience with Tienda Nube or Shopify.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience in CRO (conversion optimization) and funnel analysis.
