🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines during a full shift
• Conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans
• Lead weekly performance reviews with senior leadership
• Guide daily site manager huddles to set priorities

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of management in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading a team of over 50 associates
• Proven ability to solve operational challenges via root cause analysis
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record (3 yrs)
