🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement salary structures and incentive plans.
• Lead job evaluation and market pricing analyses.
• Guide People Business Partners through compensation cycles.
• Spearhead data integrity for annual and mid-year cycles.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compensation roles.
• Experience with job architecture and market analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control.

• Prior experience in a high-growth startup building compensation programs.
• Experience with WorkDay, PAVE, or Rippling HCM systems.
