🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee property accounting month-end close process
• Compile and analyze monthly property owner reports
• Manage tax preparation for real estate entities
• Run cash forecast and monitor cash flow

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Real estate accounting experience
• Proficiency with Excel and G-Suite

• Experience with Yardi
• Experience with NetSuite/Intacct
