You'll drive quality standards across Coupang's FC Hub network in Taiwan, auditing daily operations and implementing sustainable solutions. This role acts as the central guardian of process excellence during rapid international expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit FC Hub daily operations for CX and quality standards compliance
• Manage hub teams through influence to drive corrective actions
• Perform deep-dive analyses on quality defects and operational bottlenecks
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs to track operational health

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering
• 3 years of experience in sortation logistics or quality auditing
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in fast-paced settings
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis using data

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in SQL or Tableau
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or last-mile logistics
