You'll build tools, integrations, and monitoring systems that empower AI agents and human support teams to resolve customer issues faster. Your work will directly impact hundreds of thousands of customers by enabling world-class customer experiences. You'll collaborate across engineering, ML, and operations to reduce time to root cause and prevent issues.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Create integrations and AI tools for secure AI agent access
- Design and develop AI systems to find and fix customer issues
- Build monitoring dashboards for AI performance insights
- Identify automation opportunities in support troubleshooting flows
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL)
- Strong ability to work independently and unblock yourself
- Experience building tools, integrations, or automation systems using AI
- Strong debugging skills and ability to dive deep into complex issues
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with customer support, SRE, or building chatbots
- Experience writing and implementing post mortems or COEs
- Side projects outside of work you're excited to share
