Requirements

5+ years experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar role in B2B SaaS
Proven track record leading and scaling operational processes in cross-functional product organizations
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Coupa, and data/reporting platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
Strong analytical skills to define and track operational KPIs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with globally distributed teams
