You'll serve as an advisor to senior leaders within one of Unity's five business functions, working as a core member of the People Trio. You'll design, implement, and deliver compensation and headcount planning programs with high autonomy and advanced compensation expertise. This role builds Unity's competitive, equitable rewards strategy.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Advise functional leaders on compensation and headcount planning.
  • Interpret job architecture, salary ranges, and equity frameworks.
  • Monitor market trends and compensation patterns.
  • Facilitate compensation cycles and off-cycle programs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in compensation or total rewards consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise business leaders on compensation strategy.
  • Familiarity with market pricing, incentive plans, or equity programs.
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.

  • Experience with Workday, Pave, or similar systems.
  • Prior experience in a technology or high-growth environment.
