Requirements
- 20+ years experience within a Sales organization
- 10+ years sales leadership experience, 4 years at Director level
- Track record selling security and networking technologies to Fortune 1000
- Verifiable track record of exceeding quota
- Good working experience with local re-sellers and national partners
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise 10-15 sales representatives
- Hire, train, and manage top caliber Regional Sales Managers
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations
