🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead sourcing efforts for assigned commodities, including supplier selection and onboarding
• Negotiate master supply agreements and statements of work with suppliers
• Monitor global supplier performance and organize business reviews
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align supplier capabilities with program requirements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or engineering
• 8+ years of strategic sourcing and commodity management experience
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and ability to read engineering drawings
• Exceptional negotiation and supplier relationship skills
