Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Passion for cannabis and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with POS systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on product selection based on customer needs and regulations
• Educate customers on strain types, cannabinoid profiles, consumption methods, and dosage
• Accurately process POS transactions and seed-to-sale tracking
• Ensure compliance with state cannabis laws, ID verification, and purchase limits
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and inventory organization
