🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead new product introduction from prototype to high-volume production.
• Develop product characterization and qualification plans.
• Drive root cause analysis for yield excursions and quality issues.
• Optimize test programs to improve yield and reduce test time.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5–10+ years of product engineering in semiconductor industry.
• Experience with data analysis tools like JMP, Python, SQL.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication, assembly, and test processes.

• Experience with microcontroller and processor ICs.
• Familiarity with failure analysis techniques (SEM, X-ray).
• Experience working with OSATs and global supply chains.
