Description

In this role, you will partner with mid-to-large enterprise accounts to drive business transformation, ensuring customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability using Samsara's IoT platform. You'll own executive-level strategy, lead data-driven business reviews, and work cross-functionally to align innovation with real-world operational challenges.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting
  • Solid priority management and high emotional intelligence for complex enterprise accounts
  • Adept at solving complex problems and communicating with executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with Samsara's IoT platform
  • Conduct workshops to understand customer business and create joint success plans
  • Own executive-level customer strategy with data-driven business reviews
  • Drive adoption and expansion of Samsara platform across enterprise organizations
  • Champion Samsara's cultural principles
