You'll support Spotify's corporate governance and compliance programs as part of a global legal team at the intersection of technology and media. Your work will directly impact SEC filings, stock administration, and ethics training for a leading public company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support corporate governance processes and board materials
• Manage SEC filings including Section 16 reports
• Administer insider trading compliance program
• Track ESG legal and regulatory developments

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in public company securities or compliance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong judgment with sensitive information
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
