🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Photo Art Directors, Editors, and Retouchers
• Concept photo ideas integrated across brand and product touchpoints
• Oversee and art direct photo shoots end-to-end
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and external agencies

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of art and creative direction experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography-driven campaigns
• Deep expertise in Photo Art Direction as storytelling tool
• Proven people leadership and management skills
• Proficiency in Figma
