In this role, you'll drive Starlink's consumer growth by analyzing market trends, optimizing acquisition strategies, and informing pricing decisions. You'll turn complex data into actionable insights that accelerate subscriber growth and enhance user value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in business analytics, consulting, market research, or growth operations
• 3+ years with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• 1+ years leading projects
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with forecasting or financial metrics

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analyses of consumer metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, cohort performance) using SQL and statistical methods
• Develop forecasting models for subscriber growth, revenue, and market penetration
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to track KPIs
• Conduct market research and price analysis to recommend optimizations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate insights into growth strategies
