💼 About This Role

You'll provide virtual clinical care to patients as part of the One Medical Virtual Medical Team, ensuring accessible primary care. You'll treat patients via tele-health visits, phone triage, and follow-ups while collaborating with in-office teammates. This role offers the chance to impact healthcare through technology and a team-based approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video and phone triage calls
• Provide email follow-ups and ongoing virtual care management
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/ED seeing all ages
• Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (11am-10pm or 1pm-12am PST)
