Description

You will build and deliver a roadmap for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul capabilities, integrating prototypes and new functionality into the Ark platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams to scale solutions and improve platform configurability, focusing on delivering value to end users and driving market adoption. This role involves spending time with users to understand their workflows and pain points, then defining and implementing valuable solutions.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• 5-7+ years in a product or software role
• Experience with enterprise software (B2B or B2G)
• Strong value orientation and understanding of customer needs
• Self-starter with owner mentality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technology-related field

Responsibilities

• Build out and deliver against a roadmap for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul capabilities
• Prioritize, rationalize, and integrate existing prototypes and new functionality into Ark
• Partner with PMs, Product Design, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Marketing, Sales, and Implementation teams
• Spend several days on site with users to understand workflows and identify pain points
• Draft clear articulation of customer problems and solutions
• Partner with sales to assess opportunities and align customer requirements with product capabilities
• Define how solutions deliver value across customer environments
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver capabilities
• Define addressable market size, competitive landscape, and sales opportunities for new features
• Validate concepts using qualitative and quantitative data
• Build comprehensive business cases and communicate prioritization
• Partner with engineering and data science to scope investment costs and timelines
• Facilitate market introduction of new features
• Ensure smooth integration of prototyped features into Ark
• Establish KPIs and monitor product performance and user adoption
